Lieutenant General William B. Garrett III

Lieutenant General William B. Garrett III, U.S. Army (Ret.), served around the world at the sharp end of American national security for over three decades.  His culminating assignment was deputy commander of U.S. European Command from 2014-2016.  In that role, he provided leadership to advance U.S. national security interests across Europe’s high north and strengthen the capacity of NATO Allies and partners to meet their own security needs in the Arctic region.  He now works with public and private sector leaders to help solve their biggest challenges.
