Full Biography

Paul Yeung is Public Affairs professional with almost 20 years of experience in government advocacy, communications, and stakeholder relations. He has worked for Phillip Morris International and the Royal Bank of Canada and was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of Finance, Ontario.

Paul completed his undergraduate studies in History at Wilfrid Laurier University (1996) and M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (2002).

His international experience includes internships in Northern Ireland, Belgium, and China. In 2004, Paul joined the External Affairs department of the World Bank based in Washington D.C.

Paul is a instructor at Humber College’s Public Relations and Media Studies program. Paul was chosen as an Action Canada Leadership Fellow for 2011-12, and presently serves on the Board of Directors of  the Public Affairs Association of Canada and American Chamber of Commerce (Toronto), and was appointed to sit on the Toronto Zoo Board of Governors.
