Paul Yeung is Public Affairs professional with over 17 years of experience in government advocacy, communications, and stakeholder relations. He has worked for Phillip Morris International, the Royal Bank of Canada, and was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of Finance, Ontario.

Paul completed his undergraduate studies in History at Wilfrid Laurier University (1996) and M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (2002).

His international experience includes internships in Northern Ireland, Belgium, and China. In 2004, Paul joined the External Affairs department of the World Bank based in Washington D.C.

Paul has lectured at York University’s Emerging Global Leaders Program and Humber College’s Public Administration program. Paul was chosen as an Action Canada Leadership Fellow for 2011-12, and presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Public Affairs Association of Canada, and American Chamber of Commerce (Toronto).
