Project Summary

The project is part of a larger research study encompassing a multi-method comparative study of corporate governance and anti-corruption legislation in Eastern Europe and the states of the former Soviet Union.The larger study seeks to explain the variability in foreign direct investment in the region by reviewing corporate governance processes, date, and structures, as well as the current state of anti-corruption legislation and its enforcement.
