Rapid change is the order of the day. But have you ever stopped to consider the implications for the rule and practice of law? To remain vital, the legal profession must be able to address today's concerns and anticipate tomorrow's issues. This week on dialogue host John Milewski discusses the practice of law in the 21st century with Carolyn Lamm, president of the American Bar Association, and Beth Simone Noveck, United States deputy chief technology officer and director of the White House Open Government Initiative.
