One hundred and sixty million people died in the wars of the 20th Century, many of them civilians. Former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara thinks that 21st Century American foreign policy should work to stop such bloody carnage. In this conversation, he describes how the ideals of Woodrow Wilson might influence current policy-making.
