Hanna Shelest, PhD is currently Director of Security Programmes at the Foreign Policy Council “Ukrainian Prism” and Editor-in-chief at UA: Ukraine Analytica. Prior to this, she served for more than 10 years as a Senior Researcher at the National Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of Ukraine. She is a leading Ukrainian security expert advising the government, parliament and the military in Ukraine and abroad, specializing in foreign policy, malign foreign influence, and international security.
