Madison Binder is a Program Coordinator with the Science and Technology Innovation Program's Tech Labs. Before joining the team as a Program Coordinator Madison worked as a Staff Intern focusing on cybersecurity policy. Madison is particularly interested in the intersection between cyber, emerging technology, and national security issues. She holds a MA in Strategy, Cybersecurity and Intelligence from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Western Ontario.
