Ricardo Mendes

Ricardo Mendesis responsible for the Prospectiva’s international operations, with a special focus on the expansion of services across Latin America and its the operations in Washington, DC. He specializes in strategic planning, public policy analysis, and international regulation and negotiations. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from PUC-SP and a M.A. in International Relation from the University of Cambridge.
