Additional Details for the Canada-US Health Summit

• There is no registration fee to attend.

• Attandance and participation in the Summit are by invitation only.

• Invitations are non-transferable outside your organization. If you are unable to attend, we would be pleased to welcome a colleague from the same organization.

• Event will begin at 8:00 am on Monday, November 2, and end at noon on Tuesday, November 3.
