Two Latin Americanist Fellows in Residence for 2004-2005

Latin Americanists Jonathan Fox and Mark Ungar join a group of 23 Fellows for the 2004-2005 academic year.

Jonathan Fox and Mark Ungar are now in residence for the 2004-2005 academic year.

Jonathan Fox is Professor of Latin American and Latino Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz. His project is entitled "Testing the Power of Sunshine: When Does Transparency Lead to Institutional Accountability?"

Mark Ungar is Associate Professor of Political Science at Brooklyn College, CUNY. The title of his project is "Creating Change: Citizen Security Reform in Latin America."
