The mission of the Merage Foundation for the American Dream is to encourage Americans to recognize and celebrate immigrants' contributions to the United States. Noting that immigrants are important social and political actors in American society, the colloquium will seek to explore further the ways in which policy and participation have impacted the immigrant experience.
