Full Biography

Mr. Pepito brings his 18-plus years of executive experience to the Wilson Center after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Lutheran Immigration Refugee Service in Baltimore, MD. Before that, Pepito worked as Vice President for Achieving the Dream in Silver Spring, MD, the Sr. Director of the Bainum Family Foundation of Bethesda, MD and Vice President for Finance and Operations for the U.S. Grain Council and key finance positions with Fortune 500 corporations. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is active and has held many volunteer work and leadership positions in local school boards, parish councils and community-based organizations in the Silver Spring and Washington, DC area. Pepito, his wife and 9-year old son live in the Silver Spring area of Maryland. The family enjoys traveling and has visited more than 30 countries.
