Full Biography

Annie W. Manriquez is a National Security Fellow with the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.  She has held various national security positions within the executive and legislative branches, including at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration and on former Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher’s staff. 

She currently supports the Intelligence Community, focusing on emerging terrorist and other unconventional threats, such as CBRN attacks.  Annie began her career as a research assistant at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Monterey, California.
