Project Summary
Searches for a cause-effect mechanism linking independent and dependent variables with regard to: 1) the regions willingness to persue radical economic reform, and absence of a pro-reform coalition; 2) the presence of pro-reform coalitions and a regime capable of radical economic reform. Reviews these relationships surrounding the country’s policy towards Russia.
