Full Biography
Bethany Holland is Associate Director of Humanitarian Programs at Airlink, leading operations for emergency response and managing key partnerships with commercial airlines and logistics providers. In this role, Bethany has led large scale responses, such as those in Ukraine and Sudan, helping humanitarian organizations overcome logistical challenges to ensure critically needed aid reaches intended populations.
Prior to joining Airlink in 2020, she provided logistics and program management assistance to the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs in support of programs in Iraq, with previous experience in multilateral coordination through her time with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Organization Affairs and on Capitol Hill.
Bethany earned a B.A. in International Studies from Texas A&M University and a M.Sc. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University where she focused on conflict-sensitive development and resilience.
