Full Biography
Changyong Rhee is the Asian Development Bank’s newly-appointed Chief Economist. Previously, Rhee served as Sherpa and Secretary General of the Presidential Committee for the G-20 Summit of the Republic of Korea, and was the Vice-Chairman of the Financial Services Commission as well as Chairman of the Securities & Futures Commission. He is an expert in debt management and fixed income markets with over 20 years of experience as an economist, financial advisor, and academic.
