Charles Kabiswa

Charles Kabiswa has over 19 years’ experience in addressing wide range of natural resource and development sector issues ranging from environmental conservation, health, population, sustainable livelihoods, policy and legislative actions using approaches that facilitate multisectoral integration within Uganda and East Africa like Health of People & Environment in the Lake victoria Basin (HoPE-LVB). He is a key contributor to Uganda’s and E. African regional policies and frameworks including the Uganda Climate Change Policy, Uganda Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), National Population Policy, the East African and Uganda PHE integration strategies, among others. Charles has written and published several papers linking Population, Health, Environment, the SDGs and Climate Agenda.
