David S. Mandel is the Managing Partner of the Miami law firm of Mandel & Mandel LLP. Mr. Mandel's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.Mr. Mandel was previously employed by the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP, where he directed the Miami office's Corporate Investigations and Criminal Defense Practice Group. From 1989-1995 he was a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorneys Office in the Southern District of Florida, where he received the Evans Memorial Award for the Outstanding Assistant United States Attorney. He was associated with the law firm of Coffield, Ungaretti & Harris in Chicago from 1986-1989. Mr. Mandel is the past Chair of the Federal Court Committee for the Dade County Bar Association, a member of the Board and former President of Foster Care Review, Inc., and past President of the B'nai B'rith Bench and Bar.
