Full Biography

Senator Esteban Bullrich was elected to the National Congress of Argentina in 2017 representing Buenos Aires Province. He was appointed Minister of Education for the City of Buenos Aires in 2010, where he focused his efforts on early child development, vocational and technical training, technology in education, and education quality assessment. In 2015, President Mauricio Macri appointed him as the National Minister of Education and Sports. Senator Bullrich currently chairs the Budget and Finance Committee and the Supervisory Bicameral Commission in the Congressional Budget Office, as well as the Argentina Caucus (Argentina-U.S. Parliamentary Friendship Group), an initiative composed of U.S. and Argentine legislators. He is a member of several senate committees including Education and Culture, National Defense, Science and Technology, Special Investigative Bicameral Commission on the Ara San Juan Submarine rescue, and Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. Senator Bullrich holds a degree in Systems from CAECE University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
