Karelia Villa

Karelia Villa is a Senior Citizen Security Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank. Villa is the focal point for the Bank’s Citizen Security and Justice work in Central America, and she has more than 15 years of experience supporting state modernization processes in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has a Master in Public Policy from The George Washington University, and she obtained her Bachelor in Economics at the Monterrey Institute for Technology and Higher Education.
