    Supervisory Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship

    Full Biography

    Mark Judge currently serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship.  In this capacity, he oversees a team that is responsible for both the development and the review of apprenticeship-related regulations, legislation, and formal policy guidance and recommendations intended for use by a broad range of audiences, including Congress, senior Administration officials, the International Labour Organization, registered apprenticeship program sponsors, and other interested stakeholders.  Prior to joining the Office of Apprenticeship in 2017, Mr. Judge served for 20 years as an analyst with the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), where he provided technical assistance in a number of key program areas relating to the administration of pension and health plans covered by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
