Expert Bio

Mr. Ferre has had a long and distinguished career in both public service and private business. Between 1973-1985, he was elected to six terms as Mayor of Miami, Florida. From 1993-1996, he was Vice Chairman, Dade County Board of Commissioners, Miami. He has been active in national political campaigns, and he was a member of several presidential advisory boards. Mr. Ferre has also had extensive experience as a business consultant and as a banker.
