Expert Bio

Natasha Jacome is the President and CEO of the Wilson Center. Working closely with the Board of Directors, Natasha sets the Center’s vision for advancing impactful research and fostering partnerships to address pressing global challenges, ensuring the Center fulfills its Congressional mandate to be a bridge between the worlds of scholarship and policy.

In more than a decade at the Wilson Center, Ms. Jacome has led transformative organizational growth, building the capacity to succeed in a complex and competitive international policy landscape. She had led major initiatives to modernize operations, from enhancing engagement by respected scholars and staff to optimizing space and IT capabilities that strengthen the Center’s convening power.

Based on her leadership at the Wilson Center, especially during the adaptations required in the post-pandemic period and following the executive order restructuring in 2025, Ms. Jacome has become a respected leader in the think tank community.  She has also represented the Wilson Center around the world at global forums like the Think Tank Talent for the Future gatherings in Dubai and Bahrain to discuss the future of policy research and innovation.

Ms. Jacome earned her MS in Management specializing in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland. She holds a certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

A first-generation American, Natasha is a passionate advocate for economic empowerment and financial literacy in underserved communities. She continues to leverage her platform to champion inclusive growth, strategic leadership, and long-term, community-driven impact. Natasha enjoys spending her down time running, swimming, and hiking with her husband and two children.
