Full Biography

Natasha Jacome serves as the Senior Director of Operations. As an advisor to the President and CEO, Ambassador Mark Green, Natasha provides valuable support to senior management and the Board of Trustees regarding the oversight of the Center’s financial management, human resources, and information technology departments. 

During her tenure, Natasha has transformed the human resource structure to create transparency for growth to enhance retention;  created a Facilities Strategic Plan focused on the optimization of space to achieve the Center’s mission; and she helped co-found the Diversity and Inclusion Council.   

Natasha designed and launched the Next Chapter Committee to increase the Center’s influence and impact in the post-COVID space.  She has represented the Center in the community at the Think Tank Talent for the Future Forum in both Dubai and Bahrain. 

Natasha holds an MS in Management specialized in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland. She also has a certificate in Executive Presence and Influence from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a first-generation American, Natasha uses her expertise to educate minority communities on the importance of effective financial planning and investing in our youth and communities. She seeks to continue to develop, influence and expand strategic management methods to promote meaningful change and advocacy worldwide.
