Philip Thomas

Philip Thomas has over 30 years of experience working across five continents in the fields of conflict prevention, transformation, peace building, and Democratic Dialogue, as well as program design, monitoring, and evaluation. He has designed and facilitated hundreds of training programs and is recognized globally for his work in democratic dialogue and multi-stakeholder engagement processes. Philip has worked with heads of state and corporate executives as well as leaders of communities and indigenous groups, and a variety of civil-society and governmental organizations, from local to international. Thomas is a Certified Professional Coach and also holds a master’s degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in Organizational Development, and a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA.
