Ryne is General Counsel of FTX US. Previously, he was a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell leading their commodities and derivatives practice, as well as their advice to cryptocurrency trading businesses. His public service includes work at the CFTC and with then-CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler.
