Full Biography
Yauheni Preiherman is the Director of the Minsk Dialogue policy initiative and Chairman of the Board of Liberal Club analytical society in Minsk. Yauheni holds a BA in International Relations from the Belarusian State University and an MA in European Politics from Sussex University in the United Kingdom. Preiherman is a regular contributor to newspapers and webzines and previously worked with a number of international organizations (UNHCR, Soderkoping Process and OSCE/ODIHR).
