In June 2013, the renovated Woodrow Wilson Presidential Memorial Exhibit and Learning Center re-opened to the public. With multi-touch displays, visitors to the new exhibit are able to interact with the information around them and explore global issues while following President Wilson’s life story on a digital road map.

As we mark the 100th anniversary of President Wilson’s oath of office, this engaging new exhibit helps educate contemporary audiences about Woodrow Wilson’s vision for a more peaceful global community.

PRESIDENT WOODROW WILSON’S ENDURING LEGACY

The first interactive display features short video interviews with Wilson Center staff and scholars on global challenges including peace building, democratization, education and innovation, energy and environment, and women’s leadership. The display lets users interact with these issues, and see how they, as a policymaker, could shape the world.

SEE HOW THE WORLD HAS CHANGED FROM 1913-1921

In the second interactive display, visitors will discover the life and legacy of President Woodrow Wilson, the scholar-turned statesman, through an interactive timeline of President Wilson’s major speeches, legislative priorities, historical photographs, and personal correspondence.
