Jennifer Turner, director of the China Environment Forum at the Woodrow Wilson Center, talked to Clean Skies News about what is at stake for the Chinese during the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue. Dr. Turner stated that there is great potential for US-China cooperation and that the US needs to take the lead and be an example for China to follow.
