
In March, we’ve focused on women entrepreneurship in MENA to commemorate Women’s History Month. A common theme that emerged is the challenge for women to access finance to start, and grow, a business. This episode features one of Jordan’s leaders in the banking sector, Nour Jarrar, the CEO of Citibank in Jordan. Nour sheds light on the role of the banking sector in promoting women in the workforce, and shares her own journey and where she fits in the ecosystem.
