Beyond the Numbers: The Leadership Index and Innovations Achieving Parity in Global Leadership

Webcast available

Webcast Recap

Numbers matter in the global effort to gender parity - but so does transforming data into action.

Join the Women in Public Service Project for a conversation with gender parity champions across sectors and issue areas exploring how key stakeholders can use tools like the Global Women's Leadership Initiative Index (The Leadership Index) to implement solutions to accelerate gender parity in leadership around the globe.

A series of panel discussions will reveal innovative strategies to use the evidence base for women's leadership as a starting point to drive change at all levels of decision-making and across sectors.

The event will include a presentation of the Leadership Index from Gwen K. Young, Director of the Global Women's Leadership Initiative and Women in Public Service Project at the Wilson Center.
