Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine has forced Russia to seek new partnerships in the realm of security and trade, among other areas. The Kennan Institute in partnership with the Wilson Center’s Africa, Latin America, Polar, Middle East, and Indo-Pacific Programs is committed to understanding the potential policy ramifications of these new alliances.
