Darryl Chan, JP

Darryl Chan has been Executive Director of the Hong Kong Monetory Authority since August 2019 with responsibilities for promoting Hong Kong's international financial centre development, offshore RMB business, and policies at international forums to advance financial stability.  He is also Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Financing Facilitation Office.  Prior to joining the HKMA in April 2013 as Executive Director (Corporate Services), Mr Chan was an Administrative Officer in the Hong Kong SAR Government and had worked in different policy bureaux and departments on policy formulation and administration.
