Decio Fabrício Oddone da Costa

Décio Oddone is general director of Brazil's National Agency of Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). An engineer by training, Oddone was previously director of oil and gas projects at Prumo Logística, which he joined in 2015 after a 35-year career at Petrobras. At Petrobras, he worked in the first deepwater wells in the Campos Basin and in the company's international units. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and studied management at Harvard University.
