Full Biography

Emma Dorst previously worked as Program Assistant, and later Communications Coordinator, for International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR), a Brussels-based NGO that works with civil society organizations in former Soviet States. In 2014, she established IPHR field offices in Ukraine and spent several months coordinating human rights monitoring activities on the ground. Previously, Ms. Dorst lectured at the Telavi Iakob Gogebashvili State University in the Kakheti Region of Georgia. Ms. Dorst holds a BA in Russian/East European Studies and Politics from Oberlin College and an MA in International Migration from Kent University’s Brussels School of International Studies.
