Full Biography
Luis Chaparro is a binational journalist and producer based at the U.S.-Mexico border. His work focuses on Mexican organized crime. For the past 15 years, he has embedded with criminal organizations, Mexican officials, and U.S. law enforcement agencies to unveil stories about drug cartels, immigration, and binational affairs.
