Full Biography

Graduated from Pomor State University (major: Linguistics) and International Institute of Management (major: Management) in Arkhangelsk, Russia. Completed professional development courses on university strategy development (SKOLKOVO Business School, Moscow, 2018), had a number of internships in foreign universities in Norway, Finland, Spain, Germany, Latvia and others.

Has over 20 years of experience in the field of international cooperation, international projects management, higher education management. Takes responsibility and coordinates the work on internationalization process and international cooperation development of the university. Has been engaged as a project developer, project coordinator, project steering committee member in over 25 large-scale international projects in such thematic fields as higher education, ecology, culture, tourism, safety, agriculture and others. Acts as international project assessor in EU cross-border cooperation programme and external evaluator in other programmes. The author of over 10 research publications and textbooks.
