Full Biography

Melissa is a Program Assistant in the Office of Congressional Relations where she supports the Wilson Center's Capitol Hill strategy and manages logistics for congressional briefings, staff delegations, and educational foreign policy programs. Before joining the Wilson Center, Melissa served as a legislative and policy intern at the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and was a research assistant at the Research on International Policy Implementation Lab.

Melissa holds a Master of Arts in global governance, politics, and security with a concentration in global security from American University School of International Service. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts with specialized honors in International Relations and French from Drew University.
