Full Biography
Oliver Marguleas is graduate of the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. While at the University of Washington, he was an International Policy Institute Cybersecurity Fellow focusing on digital rights and security in China, Venezuela, and Saudi Arabia.
