Ambassador Pavlo Klimkin is Ukraine's former Minister of Foreign Affairs (2014-2019) and the former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Germany (2012-2014). For almost 20 years, he has been in charge of various aspects of European integration, including leading Ukrainian delegations in negotiations on an Association Agreement and a visa-free regime between Ukraine and the EU.
