Ruth Fierro Pineda, is the coordinator of el Centro de Derechos Humanos de las Mujeres (CEDEHM) in Chihuahua Mexico. Ruth has worked tirelessly to prevent and combat femicide in Mexico's largest state.
Ruth Fierro Pineda is a lawyer with extensive experience in human rights litigation and advocacy. She has worked at the CEDEHM for more than five years and during her stay he has accompanied relatives of disappeared persons and human rights defenders at risk. Before assuming her role as director Ruth was responsible for litigation and advocacy before international human rights organizations.
