Expert Bio

Stephanie Popp is a graduate of the Master’s Program at the George Washington University, focusing on 20th century US foreign policy and the Cold War. Originally from Switzerland, Stephanie attended the University of Wisconsin-Richland and Winona State University in Minnesota. She graduated in 2011 with a major in History and a minor in Economics.
