Full Biography
Timothy Frye is the Marshall D. Shulman Professor at Columbia University and co-director of the International Center for the Study of Institutions and Development at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. He is currently finishing a manuscript titled “Weak Strongman: Why We Get Russia Wrong and How to Get It Right.”
