Full Biography
Vanessa Jarnes joins the Canada Institute at the Wilson Center as an intern for the spring 2014 semester. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Maryland and is studying government and politics with specializations in French, international development and conflict management. Vanessa is particularly interested in international negotiation and international policies regarding security and human rights. She has previously interned at the Massachusetts State House and the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations.
