This Wilson Memo, "Critical Mineral Supply Chain Vulnerabilites and Policy Recommendations" provides insights on the dramatic growth in demand for critical minerals and the accompanying challenges for global supply chain. The memo goes on to examine China's role in processing and producing critical minerals, far outstripping the United States due to production and processing challenges. Finally, the memo provides key policy recommendations for both domestic and foreign solutions to secure supply for critical minerals.

The Wilson Center’s office of Congressional Relations works to maintain a vibrant relationship with Members of Congress and their staffs.
