In this edition of Wilson Center NOW we are joined by the Kennan Institute’s Matthew Rojansky and William Pomeranz.  They discuss results of the nationwide referendum on new constitutional amendments in Russia, which include extending Putin’s rule until 2036.  What does the yes vote mean for Russian foreign and domestic policy moving forward and will these amendments lead to greater stability or increased instability within the Russian state?
