The Center for Canadian Studies and the Canada Institute welcomed former Governor of the Bank of Canada David Dodge who will give the 2021 Thomas O. Enders Memorial Lecture on U.S.-Canadian Relations on the theme, "Post-Pandemic Productivity: Federal Fiscal Stimulus Investments and Productivity Improvements in the United States and Canada."
