Anne McKinney is President of the U.S.-Argentina Business Council and Vice President of the Americas Department, International Affairs Division, at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Previously, McKinney was the director of Investment Services for SelectUSA and deputy executive director of the Colombian American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Colombia) in Bogotá, where she worked for nearly seven years. Prior to joining AmCham Colombia, McKinney worked as a consultant to Cisco Systems’ Strategic Funding and Government Advocacy team in Latin America. McKinney has more than 20 years of diverse experience working on international trade, investment, and economic development issues. Her experience also includes more than 12 years at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency as a regional director and country manager. McKinney has an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with concentrations in International Economics and Latin American Studies, and a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
