Expert Bio

Biner Aziz was a visiting fellow at the Wilson Center in 2007 and a senior cultural official in the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government in 2008. Today, he owns a private construction and material supply company and has lived in Erbil, Iraq since 2010.  He holds MPA from the Maxwell School at Syracuse Univeristy.
