Full Biography

Francesca Cameron is with the Wilson Center’s Maternal Health Initiative, managing the program’s partnerships, activities, and Dot-Mom column of New Security Beat.

Before joining the Wilson Center, she worked at American University. Her various work experiences with health promotion organizations in Washington, DC and abroad strengthened her passions for community health, particularly sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Cameron holds a BA in International Studies from American University, where she concentrated in international development. She studied abroad in Costa Rica and Kenya, focusing on the intersections between socioeconomic conditions, health, and development.
