Intaek Hong is a research assistant at the Critical Global Studies Institute (CGSI), Sogang University in Seoul, South Korea. He earned an MA (2019) in history from Sogang University and graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College (2014). He previously worked at the North Korea International Documentation Project (NKIDP) as an intern.
Intaek is currently (as of summer 2020) finalizing an article manuscript about North Korean orphans in Poland.
